Q: Can a woman in the state of Haidh recite verses from the Qur’an?
A: In principle, a woman in the state of Haidh is prohibited from reciting the Qur’an. However, she may recite certain verses which are generally recited with the intention of Zikr or Dua, provided such verses are regarded as verses of Zikr or Dua.
