Ngokusho kuka Ka’b bin Malik, U-Allah amthethelele futhi athokoze ngaye, usitshela ukuthi, “Kwakuthi uma u-Mphrofethi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye, emamatheka kukhanye kuleyo ndawo akuyo kube sengathi kukhanya unyezi.”
U-Jarir bin Abdullah, u-Allah amthethelele futhi athokoze ngaye, yena usitshela ukuthi, “U-Mphrofethi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye, wayengakaze kube khona lapho emvimbela khona, kusukela amukela i-Islam kepha njalo uma ngihlangana naye wayengimamathekela ngobuso obubukekayo nobugcwele ukwenama uma engibona.” [Tirmidhi]
Lokhu kungabukeka sengathi kwakwenzeka ku-Jarir kuphela, u-Allah athokoze ngaye, kodwa konke lokhu kwakwenzeka kubo bonke abalandeli baka-Mphrofethi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye.
u-Abdullah bin Harith, u-Allah athokoze ngaye, yena uthi, “Angizange ngimbone umuntu omamatheka ukudlula u-Mphrofethi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye.”
U-Anas, u-Allah ambusise futhi athokoze ngaye, uthi, u-Abu Bakir no-Umar, u-Allah ababusise futhi athokoze ngabo, babengabanye babalandeli ababengapheli kwimibuthano eno-Mphofethi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye, babevame ukubhekisa ubuso babo ngaku-Mphrofethi, naye abhekise ubuso bakhe ngakubo, bese beyamamatheka no-Mphrofethi naye amamatheke, u-Allah ababusise nokuthula kube kubo bonke.
U-Usama bin Shareek, u-Allah ambusise futhi athokoze ngaye , yena uthi, “Sasithule cwaka kungathi kuhleli izinyoni emakhanda ethu kumbuthano owawuno Nabi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye, kungekho okhulumayo, kwase kuthi memfu amadoda azethula phambi kuka-Mphrofethi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye, ase ebuza ukuthi, ‘Ubani phakathi kwezinceku zika-Allah othandwayo kakhulu ngu-Allah.’”
U-Nabi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye, waphendula wathi, “Ilabo abanesimilo esiphezulu kakhulu.” [Hakim & Tabraani]
Amazwe ase-Ntshonalanga nabezindaba babeka isithombe se-Islam njengento enodlame nokucabanga kwakudala baphinde babeke amabala nezimfundisoze ngo-Mphrofethi u-Muhmmad, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye, kodwa konke abakushoyo kuyinto engekho.
Ukumamatheka kunguphawu olukhombisa inhliziyo enhle kanye nokwamukela. Kusondeleka kalula kumuntu omamathekayo. Ubuso obumamathekayo buyabukeka futhi buyakhanga. Ngokujwayelekile, uba nesifiso sokuhlangana nokwazi kabanzi ngomuntu okhombisa ubuso obumamathekayo. Kunesisho esithi: Ngingamzonda kanjani umuntu ongimamathekelayo?
Ngakwesinye isandla, uma umuntu ehwaqabala kuba nzima ukusondela kulowo muntu. Awubi nathando ukusondela eduze kwalowo muntu nothando lokufuna ukumazi alubi khona.
Kunomuntu owezwakala ethi: “Uma ungibuza ngomuntu othile ukuthi unawo amazinyo yebo noma cha, ngizobe ngingaqambi manga uma ngithi, ‘Angazi.’ Ngoba ungumuntu ongahleki, uhlale enobuso obuhwaqabele nobungahehi muntu,”
U-Mphrofethi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye, uthi, “Ungasibukeli phansi isenzo se-Muslim esibhekiswe kuwe noma sibukeka sisincane kangakanani njengokumamatheka.” [Sahih Muslim]
Akuzuzi wena kuphela ngokumamathekela abanye abantu, nawe ngokunjalo uyazuza. Ukumamatheka kungaguqula ngisho isimo sokuphatheka [mood] kumuntu. Kusikathi esizayo uma uzizwa umzimba wakho uphansi, zama ukumamatheka ebusweni bakho. Kunamathuba amaningi ukuthi isimo sakho singaguquka sibengcono futhi sibe nomthelela nakwabanye.
Kunabantu abaningi abanokukhononda okuningi ezimpilweni zabo. Umendo, okufanele ulethe ukuhlangana, ukunethezeka noxolo phakathi komyeni nomkakhe, esikhundleni salokho uthole ukuthi umendo uletha ukukhathezeka nokujikijelana ngamazwi nokudinwa. Lokhu kungagwemeka, ngokuthi umkhwenyana angene ekhaya enokumamatheka ebusweni bakhe. Lokhu kusabalala kuye kunkosikazi nezingane futhi lokhu kukodwa kuletha ukukhanya endlini yonke nasemndenini uwonke. Ukumamatheka kuhambisana nenjabulo.
Akupheli lapho! Kukhona nenzuzo yokulapheka ukumamatheka. Ucwaningo luyakhombisa ukuthi ukumamatheka kuletha ukwehla komfutho wegazi [blood pressure] ngezingana elithile. Ucwaningo luyaveza ukuthi uma ukala umfutho wakho wegazi bese umumatheka ngokweqiniso bese kuthi emva kwemizuzwana uphinde wenze isikalo kumfutho wakho wegazi uzothola ukuthi kunemahluko okhona. Noma abanye bengakungabaza lokhu kodwa kungokunye kwemiphumela ebonakalayo ngenxa yokujwayela ukumamatheka komuntu.
Umasiqhubeka, siyathola ukuthi ukumamatheka kusiza isivikelo-mpilo semvelo [immune system] somuntu. Uma umamatheka, ukusebenza kwesivikelo-mpilo sakho kusebenza kanconywana ngenxa yokuthi esikhathini esiningi ukumamatheka kwakho kwenzeka ngesikhathi ukhululekile. Isivikelo-mpilo esiqinile sivikela umuntu ukuthi angangenwa izifo kalula noma kwenzeka ebanjwa ukugula kungabe sekuba sezingeni elithusayo.
Ucwaningo luyaveza ukuthi ukumamatheka kukhulula lokhu okubizwa ngokuthi ngama-endorphins okunguketshezi olusemzimbeni womuntu oluletha isimo sokwenama kumuntu. Kukhona nolunye uketshezi olubizwa ngokuthi i-serotonin. Konke lokhu kwenza umuntu ukuthi abe kwisimo esingcono emzimbeni ngenxa nje yokumamatheka. Ukumamatheka kusebenza njengesidakamizwa esihle semvelo.
Singa ma-Muslim, siyinxenye yomphakathi, isizwe kanye nobuzalwane. Asiphili esiqhingini. I-Islam iwuhlelo oluphelele lokuphila oluhlinzeka isintu sonke ngendlela enhle yokuphila futhi olusibonisa indlela elungile yokuziphatha uma sihlangana nabanye abantu. U-Mbalo o-Ngcwele ka-Allah uthi sibusiswe ngesibonelo esihle sokuphila okuyiwo u-Mbalo o-Ngcwele obizwa ngokuthi i-Kur’an. Kuyona kuvezwe ngokucacile indlela yokuziphatha okusezingeni eliphezulu.
U-Nabi, u-Allah ambusise nokuthula kube kuye, uthi, “Lowo ohlangana nomfowabo oyi-Muslim bese emhlinzeka ngokuhle okuzomenza ukuthe abe nokujabula, u-Allah naye uyoqiniseka ukuthi naye uyoba nokujabula ngo-Suku lwe-Qiyamah. [Tabrani]
Ukumamatheka ngesikhathi uhlangana nomunye umuntu noma abanye abantu kuletha ukwenama nokujabula kubona nakuwena. Lokhu kuyokuzuzisa kulomhlaba kanye nakwelizayo. Ngakhoke, mamatheka! Lokhu kuyi-Sunnah.
